Celso Terra Assunção enjoys over 30 years of experience, in the management of hotels, restaurants and other service-related operations.
He has worked for some of the world’s finest luxury hotels brands, such as Small Luxury Hotels of The World, Design Hotels, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Accor Hotels, as well as for independent Boutique Hotels, Michelin Star Restaurants and World Leading Spa brands, like Caudalie Vinotherapie.
Along the way, he has been responsible for organizing events of global impact, such as the Laureus Prize, car launches and International Michelin Gourmet Festivals.
This unusually wide range of different hospitality concepts helped him forge a broader and better understanding of the market as a whole, providing him with a set of unique management tools.
His endeavors range from successfully restructuring Operations and Finances of existing operations, to the opening and expansion of brand-new ones, with different sizes and concepts, in different continents.
